FEMA SOLICITING BIDS FOR FOR MASS EVACUATION OF CITIZENS

Check the facts below…this is 100% accurate

You read that right, as of October 2013 the federal government placed a bid opportunity on their “Fedbizopps” site soliciting bids for support of evacuation of the general population. Once questions over the bid began pouring in, the site updated this opportunity twice, most recently on January 24th.

The bid specifies a need for evacuation via motor coach in the event of a natural disaster, yet it is unclear of any dollar amount assigned as value for the services to be rendered.

“This is a synopsis for a single indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain evacuation planning and operational support to facilitate a motor coach evacuation of the general population in response to Presidential-Declared Emergencies and Major Disasters within the continental United States.”

Theories are plentiful as to what disaster FEMA could be preparing for, however, they have outlined scenarios similar to hurricane Katrina being their motivation, along with the possibility of hurricanes off the Texas coast. Their document notes that even when evacuation orders are given directly from the POTUS, many would refuse to leave their dwellings.

If the POTUS declares a federal state of emergency and evacuation orders are given, will you abide?
