World Powers Strike Deal With Iran on Nuke Program… Iran Gets $4.2B in Aid and Will Build 2 New Facilities

The Iranians are laughing their butts off right now on this deal they put over on everyone. In a nutshell we know Israel was thrown under the bus AGAIN, Iran will continue to move forward with their nuclear weapons energy program (regardless of what they “agree to”) and the best part they are reported to receive $4.2 BILLION in temporary relief aid!

That boys and girls is fundamental transformation in full effect! Obama’s red line is one of denial and reward… and this distraction will not keep eyes off of obamacare either!

Iran, world powers reach historic nuclear deal

…The deal, intended as a first step toward a more comprehensive nuclear pact to be completed in six months, freezes or reverses progress at all of Iran’s major nuclear facilities, according to Western officials familiar with the details. It halts the installation of new centrifuges used to enrich uranium and caps the amount and type of enriched uranium that Iran is allowed to produce.

Iran also agreed to halt work on key components of a heavy-water reactor that could someday provide Iran with a source of plutonium. In addition, Iran accepted a dramatic increase in oversight, including daily monitoring by international nuclear inspectors, the officials said.

The concessions not only halt Iran’s nuclear advances but also make it virtually impossible for Tehran to build a nuclear weapon without being detected, the officials said. In return, Iran will receive modest relief of trade sanctions and access to some of its frozen currency accounts overseas, concessions said to be valued at less than $7 billion over the six-month term of the deal. The sanctions would be reinstated if Iran violates the agreement’s terms…more

Iran is planning to construct two new nuclear power plants in the near future, the Fars News Agency quoted a senior Iranian nuclear official as saying Saturday.

“The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) has put construction of the second and third (nuclear) power stations on its agenda due to the government’s programs and the emphasis laid by the President (Hassan Rouhani),” Fars quoted AEOI Deputy Chief Hossein Khalfi as saying. Iran currently has one such operational nuclear power plant at Bushehr.

The announcement came as Iran and the P5+1 group of world powers were negotiating a deal in Geneva that would see Tehran curb its controversial nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief.

Iranian officials said in April that they planned to build more nuclear reactors at the Bushehr site, which is located in a highly seismic area on Iran’s Gulf coast and began operations in 2011 after decades of delays.

The Bushehr site is capable of holding six power reactors and Tehran has identified 16 sites elsewhere in the country suitable for other atomic plants.

The Russian-built plant is estimated to cost some $11 billion over four decades, making it one of the world’s most expensive plants.

Khalfi was quoted as saying Saturday that the Bushehr plant would prevent the flow of seven million tons of various types of pollutants, which are dangerous to the environment, into the air.

The Bushehr reactor is not suspected of serving a military function, however Iran’s Gulf neighbors have expressed safety concerns over the plant’s location in an area prone to earthquakes.
