A disabled man, Brad Hulett, got on a bus in Syracuse, New York. He stood up instead of sitting because of a painful back injury.
Because he would not sit down, the bus driver called the cops. When they showed up on the scene, they shot him with a ting gun and then dragged him all the way across the pavement.
The shocking incident was caught on a surveillance camera.
As a result of the incident, Hulett had to receive surgery on his left hip. He now has a seven inch scar.
This is a disgusting example of a police power grab. The officers who did this to Hulett must be held accountable for their actions.
