FEMA Plan for Region III Has Begun

FEMA Plan for Region III Has Begun With Historic Chemical Spill Into Public Waters…

Last fall the web was saturated with reports on an upcoming disaster in FEMA Region III, which includes the states of Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. It was reported that the U.S. Government, through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), had purchased the following survival items and sent them to Region III:

-$11 million in antibiotics

-$14.2 million for MRE’s and heater meals

-22 million pouches of emergency water

-2800 MRAPs (Mine Resistant Ambush Protect ant up-armored vehicles) to be delivered to DHS

Last fall, even people who would not ordinarily be considered ‘conspiracy theorists’ were wondering what the U.S. Government was preparing for. Those who would be considered conspiracy theorists were claiming that the Government was going to cause some sort of disaster, be it appearing natural in nature, or by use of some large scale corporation, in order to instill martial law and take away even more of the citizen’s rights, and the diabolical plan was set to kick off in Region III.

It appears as if the conspiracy theorists may be right. Less than 48 hours ago, as of the writing of this article, the largest chemical spill in the history of the state of West Virginia, the center of FEMA Region III, occurred. An unspecified amount of a highly toxic chemical used to clean coal has been spilled into the Elk River, ironically, just above the city of Charleston’s water treatment facility. Even more ironic, is the fact that the facility is the largest water treatment facility in the entire state! 300,000 people are currently affected by this spill!

The company responsible is Freedom Industries, and immediately after the spill, the company claimed that the water was still safe to drink and use for purposes of bathing and cleaning. However, 7 hours later, both the state of West Virginia, and the Federal Government declared the area a disaster zone, and put out dire warnings against using the water for anything other than flushing toilets. Whatever you do, they said, do not ingest it or bath in it. If so, it is possible to suffer extreme nausea, uncontrollable vomiting if you swallow it, and if you are to bathe in it, you can experience extreme irritation of the skin.

Reports claim that the National Guard has instructed stores not to sell water to people, because the potable water available needs to be rounded up for hospitals and nursing homes. Already, people have been said to be looting in at least one grocery store in the state’s capital city, Charleston.

Those who brought us the dire warnings of FEMA’s diabolical plan for Region III last fall believe that the plan, by way of the largest chemical spill in the area’s history, is now underway.

Breaking! Residents Loot Grocery Stores in WV After Chemical Spill Contaminates Drinking Water of 300,000!

Approximately twenty four hours ago, in what may turn out to be the largest chemical spill in the history of the state of West Virginia, a coal company, Freedom Industries, at their plant in the state’s capital city of Charleston, spilled massive amounts of the chemical  4-methylcyclohexane methanol into the Elk River, just above the city’s water treatment facility. The treatment facility happens to be the largest water treatment facility in the state. The chemical spilled is used in the froth flotation process of coal washing and preparation. The tap water of approximately 300,000 people has been affected.

At first, reports put out by the company responsible for the spill was that the water was completely safe to drink, bathe in, and to cook with and do laundry. Several hours later, the official reports from the Government and West Virginia American Water were just the opposite, a complete 180 according to one West Virginia resident, Niki Kelly.

“I think mostly everyone is just angry, because when the spill was first reported they were all told, ‘It’s no big deal, don’t worry. You can still drink it, cook with it, wash with it, it’s not harmful,’” Kelly said. “And then 7 hours later they did a 180 and said, ‘Don’t do anything but flush your toilets with it! Don’t drink it or cook with it, don’t bathe in it!’ and gave this long list of horrible symptoms if you did ingest it, like cramping, fevers, burning skin, non-stop vomiting, etc.”

Residents in the affected area have taken to the grocery and convenient stores to snatch up as much bottled water as they can. It’s been reported that the National Guard has gone around and told stores not to sell water, because they need to round up as much as possible to take to hospitals first. Also, allegedly the Foodland grocery store located on Spring Street in the City of Charleston has been looted and story employees have taken to blocking off all of the store’s entrances by piling up the electric shopping carts so that would-be-looters cannot enter the store. The employees are said to be guarding the doors as well, from the inside, for their own safety.

Both the Federal Government and State Government of West Virginia has declared the zone a disaster area. No one has said how long it will take to perform the cleanup, and thus far, Freedom Industries has remained silent when questioned by the media.
