You study your enemies; you learn their strengths and weaknesses; then you turn their strengths into a weakness. In the ongoing war against the 2nd Amendment, the strength of our enemies is that they hold positions of authority within the US Congress; the lawmaking body for our very country itself. The leaders of our enemies have spent 20, 30, or more years building their power and authority, guaranteeing through their wealth and party support that they are nearly impossible to remove from their seats within Congress. That is their strength. We can turn it into a weakness. The longer a person remains in Congress, the more they are influenced by corruption and self-interests; the more they are influenced by lobbyists; and the stronger they become due to the rules of Congress, which state that seniority entitles members to preferential treatment for committee selections and positions of authority. To eliminate the leadership of our enemies and ensure that no others can obtain such a level of authority and power can be accomplished in one fell swoop. TERM LIMITS! By including an Amendment to the US Constitution that imposes Term Limits on the US Congress, EVERY key player outside of the White House, who has pushed for Gun Control, would be eliminated from the US Congress. Our forefathers knew that a day like this might come, when the Government would become corrupt, overreaching its authority, and turn into the very Tyranny from which they had fought for our Freedom. They left an option in Article 5 of the Constitution that allows a means to amend the Constitution without the involvement or approval of the US Congress. We have started a grassroots effort to make this happen. We have done the research, have a game plan, and have drafted the Amendment.
